Brum Design offers exclusive jewellery pieces featuring natural gemstones and high-quality silver. Each jewellery piece listed on our website is unique and individually presented. Products are already made, photographed and listed individually. As our collections consist of individual pieces, availability is limited to the specific item displayed. Once an item is sold, it may not be available again. Brum Design reserves the right to update product listings, descriptions and prices when necessary.

Brum Design makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices displayed on the website are accurate and representative of the jewellery offered for sale. Our jewellery features natural gemstones. As these are natural materials, variations in colour, pattern, shape and inclusions may occur. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed on the website in euros (€). Payment is required at the time of placing an order through the Brum Design website. Customers may use the payment methods available at checkout. If a customer wishes to pay by bank transfer or Electronic Invoice, they must contact Brum Design directly through the Contact Us page to arrange payment. Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders

If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any payment received will be refunded where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery
Brum Design currently offers worldwide registered shipping, with the exception of the United States of America.
A flat shipping fee of €10 applies to all supported destinations. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive a tracking code via email when the parcel is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:
- European Union and United Kingdom: normally 4–5 working days after dispatch.
- For Non-European countries: delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
